I would like to request the following information regarding Dr David Martin, Brownlow Veterinary Group.

1. The number of complaints received by the RCVS regarding Dr Martin, the nature of the complaint, and outcome as well as the dates.

2. Is Dr Martin registered as a 'specialist' or 'Expert' with the RCVS.

3. What does the RCVS classify as an 'Expert' - please provide criteria that the RCVS recognise to be attributable to being classified as an 'Expert'.
