Enquiry about Admissions Data for Mainland Chinese Students

Will Wang made this Freedom of Information request to University of Edinburgh Automatic anti-spam measures are in place for this older request. Please let us know if a further response is expected or if you are having trouble responding.

The request was partially successful.

Dear University of Edinburgh,

I hope this Email finds you well. I am writing to kindly request information about the admissions of Mainland Chinese students at the University of Edinburgh for the academic year 2023/2024.

Specifically, I am interested in obtaining an EXCEL version of the admissions data, which includes details about the schools in Mainland China from which these students were accepted, along with the corresponding number of students admitted from each school.

If possible, I would greatly appreciate receiving the most up-to-date data for the academic year 2023/2024. However, if this information is not currently available, I would be equally grateful for the admissions data for Mainland Chinese students from the academic year 2022/2023.

Thank you for your assistance in providing this data. Your cooperation in this matter is highly valued, and it will significantly contribute to my research.

Looking forward to your prompt response.

Yours faithfully,

Will Wang
