2) Individual UMS Marks in each module for Mathematics
3) Individual UMS marks in each Module for Further Mathematics
4) Raw marks in subjects other than Mathematics,Further mathematics and addittional further mathematics If data is held.
5) UMS in other qualifications if applicable (including extra Mathematics,Further mathematics or addittional further mathematics modules which May have been taken outside of the 12 needed for Mathematics and Further Mathematics A-levels.)
6) If applicant was made an offer
7) If applicant was given an interview or interviews
8) if applicant was pooled and successful
9) How many a levels has applicant taken or applied with

( If individual UMS Marks are unavailable please provide the Total UMS for each applicant or average and state if applicable how many Modules were 90 or under 90 UMS)

NOTE:
