Engineering Data 2018 UCAS cycle - Followup

Dear University of Oxford,

I would like to follow up on a previous request for which you responded on the 19th of February, 2018, please find below the link for your reply for reference;

In your letter, you stated the following;

"We are still waiting for information relating to interview scores, and we will send a following response by 7 March 2018."

This is related to a request with the following text;

"(2) Please release admissions data held in relation to the aforesaid topic in the form of a tab on a spreadsheet. This spreadsheet should contain data relating to each applicant's PAT score, and, IF AVAILABLE, interview score."

As the date you indicated in your reply has already passed, would it be possible for you to make this data public as per your commitment ?

As per my understanding of the request, the anticipated response would include a spreadsheet with one column for the PAT score and another column for the average interview score (or more than one column for each interview score as candidates have had more than one interview in most cases).

Providing a response with any available data would be highly appreciated.

I would like to ammend my request as follows;

I am requesting data regarding Engineering UCAS 2018 cycle as detailed in my original request, I would like to request providing the following columns in the spread sheet to be provided;

1. PAT score
2. Decision making college
3. Interview 1 score
4. Interview 2 score
5. Offer given (yes/no)

Dear University of Oxford,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of University of Oxford's handling of my FOI request 'Engineering Data 2018 UCAS cycle - Followup'.

The Information Compliance Officer, in the initial reply stated the following;

"We shall send you a substantive response no later than the statutory
deadline of 10/04/2018"

As the statutory deadline passed, I sent three reminders so far requesting feedback, unfortunately, I have not received any reply as of the time of filing this complaint.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for replying to my request.

In your letter, Ref. FOI/20180311/1 You stated;

"We are unsure what you mean by your reference to ‘decision making college’."

Please note that I meant the college that conducted the first interview for an applicant.

Ideally, I hope your response would include the following columns;

1. College that conducted the first interview
2. Interview 1 Score
3. Interview 2 Score
4. Offer Given (Y/N)

If PAT score can be provided as an additional column, that would be great and highly appreciated.

I am looking forward to your reply by July, 6 as stated in your letter;

"We will send a further response by 6 July 2018 relating to interview scores broken down by individual interview."
