Enforcement of Section 18 of the Roman Catholic Relief Act 1829

Could you please confirm or deny, as required by Section 1(1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, whether Her Majesty's Government has information about the current enforcement of Section 18 of the Roman Catholic Relief Act 1829, including - but not limited to - consideration of the religious background of any civil servants who may prepare advice to ministers or other officials on public or church appointments, and what policy is applied to ministerial consideration of such appointments.
If such information exist could you please supply me with it, again as required by Section 1(1) of the Act of 2000.
