The Fire Authority does not have a policy in relation the evacuation of
premises. A premises evacuation strategy is individual to that premises,
the Responsible Person of that premises is responsible for this and it
comes from their Fire Risk Assessment.

However, my FOI request referred to low, medium and high-rise residential buildings not high-risk as per your reply.
