Dear Mr Jones,

 

I refer to your recent request for information under the Freedom of
Information Act 2000. I can confirm that the Council hold this
information, as detailed below.

 

Please provide a breakdown by type of fine issued (eg dog fouling,
flytipping etc) by enforcement agents per month since May 2021, by ward in
Washington.

I can confirm since 1^st May 2021, a total of 141 Fixed Penalty Notices
(FPN) have been issued by the Neighbourhood Enforcement Team. Please note
that we do not employ agents, where all enforcement staff, are directly
employed by Sunderland City Council.

 

Please see detailed below the breakdown (per Washington Ward), including
the type of offence, why the FPN was issued:-
