The details required are:

• Parking Fines (PCNs)
• Council Tax
• Business Rates (NDR)

Q2. Number of cases issued to enforcement agents for each debt type, for the immediate past two financial years and year to date, e.g. 2021/22; 2022/23; 2023 Year to date:

Please note that we do not deal with parking so we are unable to provide
the information for this. You will need to contact Leicester County
Council for this information.

1. Jacobs Enforcement & Marston Holdings (council tax and business rates)

2. Council Tax - 2021/22 = 2192, 2022/23 = 1726, 2023/24 = 1269

Business Rates - 2021/22 = 47, 2022/23 = 61, 2023/24 = 25

3. The contract starts on 30/11/2023 and ends on the 29/11/2027.

4. Revenues and Benefits is not outsourced
