Dear Home Office,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Home Office's handling of my FOI request 'Enforced removals and criminal deportations by charter flight 2015'.

I received an acknowledgement and I understand that the 20 day deadline was extended under provision made in the act for considering the public interest fully. However, I was then informed that I would receive a full response by the 16th November. That date has now passed and furthermore the process has now taken much more than the 40 days. The information commissioner's guidance considers 40 days to be unacceptable in all but emergency situations.

Please provide a response to my request and an explanation of the delay as soon as possible.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/e...

Yours faithfully,

Amy Jackson
