Energy/Carbon saving projects funded through the Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme (PSDS) - NHS
Dear Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust,
I would be grateful if you could assist my research into net zero and decarbonisation support for public bodies. The below information may be held by a department responsible for your buildings, or an energy/sustainability department.
1. Was your organisation successful in receiving grants under the government Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme (PSDS) (Phases 1, 2, 3a or 3b) or Low Carbon Skills Fund (LCSF)?
2. Please provide approximate amounts granted and which round of PSDS / LCSF they were received under
3. How were the works procured (or planned if funding was only recently awarded) ? 1. Via a framework (if so which frameworks) 2. Via a specific tender(s) 3. Another means (please describe)
4. Please list the names of the main contractors used to deliver works completed using the PSDS/LCSF funding.

Further to your Freedom of Information Request, as per your original email, our response from Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is as follows:
1. Was your organisation successful in receiving grants under the government Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme (PSDS) (Phases 1, 2, 3a or 3b) or Low Carbon Skills Fund (LCSF)? - LPFT was successfully awarded a grant for PSDS Phase 3a
2. Please provide approximate amounts granted and which round of PSDS / LCSF they were received under - £111,500 Phase 3a
3. How were the works procured (or planned if funding was only recently awarded) ? 1. Via a framework (if so which frameworks) 2. Via a specific tender(s) 3. Another means (please describe) - Works were procured via the United Lincolnshire Hospitals Trust procurement department. A Further competition was run through the Refurbishment, Maintenance, Repairs & Minor Works Framework agreement (Ref: THQ16-55 1087/LPFT/T/C) through Lot Number 1: Mechanical Services and Lot Number 2: Electrical Services. The opportunity was made available to all potential suppliers on the framework through the Atamis portal
4. Please list the names of the main contractors used to deliver works completed using the PSDS/LCSF funding. - Consultants were , Make Consulting (acting as project management and PD), EP Consulting (M&E). Installation contractor was East Kirkby Engineering Co Ltd
