I would be most grateful if you would provide me, under the Freedom of Information Act, details in respect to the contract below.

NW1591 — Supply of Electricity, Gas, and Electricity Meter Operator Services.:

The details we require are:
• Suppliers who applied for inclusion on each framework/contract and were successful & not successful at the PQQ & ITT stages
• Actual spend on this contract/framework (and any sub lots), from the start of the contract to the current date
• Start date & duration of framework
• Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if so, the duration of the extension?
• Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s) are being either extended or renewed?
• Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this contract?

Please note that we are not subject to the Freedom of Information Act, and
so have considered your request under the Environmental Information
Regulations 2004.  On this occasion, we are not able to supply the
information which you requested as it does not fall within the definition
of environmental information set out in Regulation 2(1), and accordingly
there is no obligation on Northumbrian Water to disclose it.

 

If you are unhappy with the handling of your request or with this
decision, you have the right to ask for an internal review.  Internal
review requests should be submitted within 40 working days of the date of
this response, so by 25 May, and should be addressed to the Information

If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of the internal review, you can
apply, without charge, to the Information Commissioner, who will consider
whether we have complied with our obligations under the Regulations, and
