Energy Performance Certificate Exemptions Register - Limbury
Dear Luton Borough Council,
The Domestic Minimum Energy Efficiency Standard (MEES) Regulations set a minimum energy efficiency level for domestic private rented properties to Grade E, and this is enforced by the local authority.
Where a property has been certified with an EPC Grade F or G, I would like to request a list of addresses in the ward of Limbury which have registered an exemption from 1st April 2020 till 30th November 2022. If there are any addresses which meet this criteria, could you also please provide the date that the exemption was registered.
Yours faithfully,
Jamil Malik
