Re: Your Freedom of Information Request
I write in response to your Freedom of Information request dated 23/12/2022.
Your Request related to:
The Domestic Minimum Energy Efficiency Standard (MEES) Regulations set a
minimum energy efficiency level for domestic private rented properties to Grade E,
and this is enforced by the local authority.
Where a property has been certified with an EPC Grade F or G, I would like to
request a list of addresses in the ward of Limbury which have registered an
exemption from 1st April 2020 till 30th November 2022. If there are any addresses
which meet this criteria, could you also please provide the date that the exemption
was registered.
We have considered your request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000
(FOIA).
Response
We do not hold the information you require.
In addition the information you have requested would be exempt under section 21
FOIA because it is reasonably accessible to you by other means.
