I would like to be provided the following statistics from Trading Standards, for the years 2015, 2016, and 2017:

1. How many fines were allocated for failure to display a valid Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).

2. How many fines were allocated for failure to include the energy performance rating of a property (letters A-G) in sale or lease particulars.

3. How many fines were allocated for failure to display a Display Energy Certificate in a building.
