3. What was your Trust’s spend on Endomyocardial Biopsy in 2014 and 2015: approximately£1,390 per year

4. Does your Hospital perform Biopsy to diagnose Amoeloid Cardiomyopathy? We perform Amyloid Cardiomyopathy.

5. If yes, How many Amoeloid Biopsy procedures were performed in 2014 and 2015 : about 2 a year are performed and show amyloid

6. What was your Trust’s spend on Endomyocardial Biopsy in 2014 and 2015: approximately£1,390 per year
