End of TV dealer notification scheme

TV Licensing quote:
"The Wireless Telegraphy Act of 1967 (as amended) has been repealed meaning from 25 June 2013 onwards television dealers are no longer required to notify TV Licensing of all their sales and rentals of television sets".
This is freedom of information request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 for full disclosure and publication of:
information regarding the implementation process approved by the BBC concerning the revoking of the tv dealer notification scheme
and
any implementation process of any tv dealer notification scheme created in cooperation with and approved by the BBC.

Looks like the CSC manage LASSY on behalf of the BBC. That places them firmly on our interest list.
