End of life symptom management policy request

The request was successful.

Dear Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust,
I am a district nurse from ECNHST who is undertaking a research module for my M.sc advanced practice at Chester University. I am keen to look at differences in End of life symptom management policies within the primary care/ acute care /district nursing patient caseloads. I am especially interested in the differences in dosage of the drug Midazolam.
Please can you send me your trust’s policy?

Yours faithfully,

Gail Shelley

Dear Gail Shelley

We are writing to advise you that the time limit for responding to your
request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (the

The Act allows us 20 working days to respond to your request from the date

the time limit for responding her 10 working days.

We hope to let you have a response by 1 May 2019 and will keep you
informed should there be any further delay.

If you have any queries about this email, please contact us.

Thank you.
