Enclosure of Land surrounding Shire Hall

Dear Cambridgeshire County Council,
I wish to make a Freedom of Information request with regard to the recent deposit (dated January 10th) under the Highways Act 1980 & section 15(A) 1 of the Commons Act 2006 which claims that the County Council owns the land surrounding Shire Hall including the Motte & civil war earthworks, and that no ways over the land have been dedicated as highways, and that Cambridgeshire County Council claiming to be the rightful owners want to bring an end to any period during which persons may have indulged as a right in lawful sports & pastimes in the shire grounds. 1. The request is to have copies of documentation that lays legal claim by the County Council to the ownership of the land to which the document refers.
2. The request is to have copies of all documents,minutes or e-mails relating to this deposit including any instructions by councillors to bring an end to the right to indulge in lawful sports & pastimes in the shire grounds.
