I am writing in response to your Freedom of Information request dated 16
September 2024

For ease of reference, I have reproduced your questions below and set out
our corresponding responses.

Earlier this year saw pro-Palestine activists set up an encampment on
university grounds.

Under the FOI Act, could I have a full breakdown of the up to date cost
that Cardiff University incurred due to the encampment, including: the
cost of running security on the site, the cost of restoring the quality of
the damaged ground (including any estimates for incomplete work),
portaloos, fencing and any other costs which have been incurred.

Security £125,522.04
Portaloos £2,208.20
Heras Fencing (Horseshoe perimeter) £1,800.00
CURRENT TOTAL = £129,530.24
