Please can you provide me with the following information under the Freedom Of Information Act 2000:-

(a) Addresses of empty residential properties that are within your Council area

(b) Addresses of empty commercial properties that are within your Council area

(c) The names of the owners of those properties referred to in (a) and (b), where known

(d) The length of time each property referred to in (a) and (b) has been unoccupied
