I have asked our Development Officer if we are able to supply this
information. Unfortunately, we can only extract the information you
require from the current date and therefore we are unable to provide the
requested data for a past period.

Does the council's regeneration function track empty properties and trends, surely if they don't then correct decisions can't be made about strategy based on the type of residential developments that succeed or fail.
So could I ask does the regeneration department track such trends as to at least partially answer this question?
