Empty Property List

The request was successful.

Dear Oldham Borough Council,

I am looking for a list of long term empty property lists within the councils area. Would you be able to supply me with these under the Freedom of Information Act? A spreadsheet will suffice, I require no personal information simply the property address.

Yours faithfully,

Andrew

Dear Andrew

Thank you for your Freedom of Information Request for details of empty
properties.

In order to assist you in meeting your information needs, could you be
more specific as to the type of empty properties you are seeking
information on. Eg, in what area, residential/business, council owned,
what you mean by long term and so on.

I look forward to hearing from you

Regards

Dear Barbara,

Thanks for the prompt reply, if I could have all empty properties that would be great, if you can mark the differences on the spreadsheet then that would be brilliant. I do not need to know whether they are council houses or not. By Long term I mean empty for more than six months.

Any more queries please do not hesitate to come back to me.

Yours sincerely,

Andrew Boyd
