Empty properties owned by the council as well as commercial & Residential

The request was partially successful.

Dear Fenland District Council,

For research, I would be interested as to know the following

1. How many properties do the council own that lay empty as of May 2018
2. How many commercial properties within the area lay empty (Private & Council Owned)
3. How many residential properties within the area lay empty (Private & Council Owned)

Could you please provide information on how much these properties are worth and how long they have remained empty for.

I don't know if it is possible to say but can any information be given on those properties and whether they are owned by foreign people

Yours faithfully,

J Demitri
