Could you please advise me how many properties owned by your Council are vacant at the moment and how many of those are in Llangollen or
Llantysilio?
Please state what proportion of those properties have been vacant for three months or longer?

As set out by the Freedom of Information Act 2000 it will be our aim to respond to your request by 21 February 2013. In some cases, however, we may be unable to achieve this deadline. If this occurs we will advise you of the likely timescale within which the response will be provided.

The process of searching for the information you required is complete and I can now advise you as follows:
Q1.Could you please advise me how many properties owned by your Council are vacant at the moment and how many of those are in Llangollen or Llantysilio? Please state what proportion of those properties have been vacant for three months or longer?
A1. We currently have three vacant properties in Llangollen two of which have been vacant for more than three months.
We dont have any vacant properties in Llantisilio.

the county is 58.
Within the last few days, one of the properties in Llangollen has been let
leaving two empty properties:
* Llangollen Office/Garage
* Former Land Fill Site
