There are currently 176 vacant properties.

How many are currently being squatted?

There are two properties squatted (both have court hearing dates).

How many have been officially empty for more than six months

What was the number of officially empty council-owned homes in Croydon as
of May 2022 (or nearest date prior to Labour losing control?)

There were more than 300 voids in May 2022.
