I am looking for data on empty and unoccupied Residential properties within the borough.
Could you please provide me with a list of these properties, and the names and addresses of the owners.

Could you please provide me with a list of these properties, and the names
and addresses of the owners.

In response to your request, a spreadsheet is attached. The Council does
not hold information regarding owners, but liable persons, who may not be
the same thing. I cannot provide you with individuals names and addresses
as these are subject to the Data Protection Act.
The information supplied to you continues to be protected by the
Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. You are free to use it for your
own purposes, including any non-commercial research you are doing and for
the purposes of news reporting. Please contact me at the above address if
you wish to re-use the information for commercial purposes so that the
appropriate licence can be issued, in some instances a fee will be
payable.
