Dear Havant Borough Council,

Please can you provide me with the following information under the
freedom Of Information Act 2000:-

(a) Addresses of “long term empty” and “uninhabitable empty
residential properties” that are not owned by individuals* within
Havant Borough Council;
and

(b) The number of Bedrooms for each the above properties and

(c) The names of the owners of those properties referred to in (a)

(d) The address of the council tax payer for those properties referred to in (a)

* “Individuals” means natural persons, or the beneficiaries of
deceased individuals, if they are also natural persons.

We have been notified that the Council's response of 21st January 2016 contained personal information which it was not appropriate to publish on our website. We have therefore deleted that response.

Given the time passed since that request was made, we think it would not be realistic to ask the authority to send a replacement response. Anybody wanting this information, or a more up-to-date copy of such information, would be welcome to send a new request for it, via our website.
