There are no 3 bedroom or over properties available or pre allocated in St
Andrews as of today’s date. There are 2, 3 bedroom properties pre
allocated in the surrounding areas.
The policy of the council was to wind down extensions and accommodate
specific need cases in new builds or void properties. This Briefing Note
was issued to Managers on 07/06/17.
The allocation targets for Fife - 2018/19 is,
50% of allocations to Homeless applicants
30% of allocations to Transfer applicants
20% of allocation to Housing List applicants
