Dear Surrey Heath Borough Council,

am writing to request for the following information under the
Freedom Of Information Act 2000:-

(a) addresses of empty Commercial properties that are within your
area

(b) if possible, the owner(s) of those properties referred to in
(a)

(c) if possible, type of use (eg. office, shop, storage facility,
nursing home etc) of those properties referred to in (a)

(d) if possible, approximate date (month and year) from which it
became empty, of those properties referred to in (a)

Thank you for your request for information which was received on 09/08/2016. I will deal with it under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. The
FOI Act requires us to respond promptly and in any case no later than 20 working days. I therefore aim to respond by at the latest 07/09/2016, unless it is
necessary to consider the public interest test. If this is the case, I will write to you again explaining that this will be happening. We are then
required to provide a full response within such a time as is reasonable in the circumstances.
