the property you are referring to. Can you also confirm exactly what

Dear Northumberland County Council,
The address is 403 cowpen road according to Google maps but I can't confirm this. It has been empty for a couple of years it was formerly redburn motor company, and before that a Ford garage. I wish to know who owns, rents or manages it so I can contact them to find out what are there plans for it.
