(a) hereditament addresses and rateable value of empty Commercial
properties with a current rateable value in excess of £45,000 that
are within Council area;

and

(b) the names and addresses of the ratepayers of those properties
referred to in (a)

advised that where a property is operated by a Sole Trader, those names
have been removed as they are exempt under Section 40: Personal
Information of the Freedom of Information Act.
