list produced in March. This gives properties with RV's above 20,000 so we
trust you can extract the information you require.

This list has been redacted to exclude properties owned by an
individual(s),

The Council operates a presumption of openness in its access to

Freedom of Information Act and it will continue to do on a “business as
usual” basis. Persons do not need to engage the statutory provisions to
access all reasonable information about the Council and its services.

My apologies for not explaining previously, the ratepayer for empty
property rate is the owner and we believe owners information is exempt
under section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act in that it is
accessible by other means namely Durham District land Registry
Southfield House, Southfield Way, Durham, County Durham DH1 5TR. and is
therefore being withheld
Sorry I didn't include this information before.
