Dear Sir/madam
Thank you for your email below. I feel it necessary to point out that the
numerous requests of this kind that schools are now receiving waste a huge
amount of time that teachers and headteachers should be spending on
educating our young people. I appreciate that you may have a personal axe
to grind that you feel outweighs the benefit to our children of staff
concentrating on their jobs and I am sure that you are not interested in
this opinion but equally I am not interested in your personal mission.

    vacant in the next 12 months for whatever reason.

    referred to in (a) and (b)
    (d) if possible, approximate date (month and year) from which it
    became empty or will become empty, of those buildings referred to
    in (a) and (b)
    (e) who in your organisation is in charge of the running of the
    estate or properties.
