Dear Ministry of Justice,

On 7th October 2015 Bill Dowse reported to the Employment Tribunals National User Group meeting that a review into Employment Tribunal Fees ("the Review") had been completed. The Review had initially been announced before the General Election.

I write to request a copy of the Review. Unless forming part of the same document or group of documents, I do not request copies of any responses to consultation or evidence submitted for the purposes of the Review.

I would also be grateful if you could provide copies of any correspondence relating to the review, but only correspondence sent at the time of, or after the Review was formally presented to the relevant minister.

Yours faithfully,
Matthew Jackson
