Employment Tribunals - Discrimination
Dear Association of Police and Crime Commissioners,
Please outline whether there are any existing or upcoming employment tribunal claims that have been made against the Police ICT Company (to which the APC sits on the board). In particular, please also outline whether such claims are being defended by the Police ICT Company using public funds provided under the grant agreement.
Yours faithfully,
Mr Hunt
