Employment status of former Deputy Chief Executive

The request was successful.

Dear Bristol City Council,

Between 2008 and 2010 Bristol City Council employed Mr Jon House as Deputy Chief Executive.

Please could you provide me with information on the employment status of the former Deputy Chief Executive:

Could you confirm the post was filled by a full employee of
Bristol City Council paying tax and NI at source. If so at what grade and wage?

If the post was not filled by a city council employee,
could you confirm the employment arrangements that were in place. For example was the post filled by an agency employee, a freelance consultant, a third party business or by another arrangement?

Yours faithfully,

Bill Wren
