Employment Status of Executive Headteacher

Karl Smith made this Freedom of Information request to JFS This request has been closed to new correspondence. Contact us if you think it should be reopened.

The request was partially successful.

Dear JFS,

I would like to request, under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, details of the nature of the employment of the Executive Headteacher; namely, whether they are employed as staff or as a consultant, and whether they are employed by JFS, or by Brent Council (and therefore whether their salary is taken from the school's budget directly, or separately to the school's funding).

I would also like to know the projected combined funding for the remunerations of both of the headteachers for the school year 2016-17. If this is not possible, I would like the combined remunerations of all the members of the Senior Leadership Team, both projected for 2016-17, and for 2014-15 and 2015-16.

Kind regards,

Karl Smith

Your request made under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (“FOIA”)

I refer to your request for information dated 19 March 2017. Your request
was as follows:

In response to your queries, I can confirm that the School holds the

the following exemption contained within FOIA:
