Broom, Doreen,

Dear Ms Higgins

Further to your request for information under the Freedom of Information
(Scotland) Act 2002 relating to the above I can now respond.

Unfortunately, the Council is unable to comply with your request as the
costs of completing this exercise would exceed the upper fees limit of
£600.  The Council does not hold the information in the format requested
and we would have to assign a member of staff to pull all this information
together.  This exercise would mean that the Council would have to
approach every individual school to identify any of the information
requested.

I have to advise that you have a right to request a review of this
response within 40 working days of receipt of this e-mail.  You should
either e-mail [1][email address] or write to the Access to
Information Officer, Scottish Borders Council, Council HQ, Newtown
St.Boswells TD6 0SA.

Yours sincerely

Doreen Broom
