This is a totally confusing set of answers, KCC reply that Ms Bailey is employed by them on a zero hour contract, then denies this as a fact due to her being retired?

How is KCC able to employ someone who's CV they do not have, having worked in the recruitment industry for many years, I can confirm this is illegal

Dear Bob

Thank you for your email.

Firstly, please accept my apologies for making the assumption that you
were enquiring about the retired Independent Social Worker who has been
the focus of seven of your previous requests for information.

Kent County Council has employed four ladies sharing the name of
“Christine Bailey”. Three of these (including the above mentioned
Independent Social Worker) no longer work for KCC. The current employee is
an Area Operations Officer in Adult Education and has been in this role
for many years.

I trust that this explanation now satisfies your complaint. However, if
you are still unhappy, you can appeal to the Information Commissioner, who
oversees compliance with the Freedom of Information Act 2000. Details of
what you need to do, should you wish to pursue this course of action, are
available from the Information Commissioner’s website
[1]http://ico.org.uk/concerns, or you can phone the ICO Helpline on 0303
123 1113.

Best regards
