As I have had previous requests refused or delivered late, I am not filled with confidence of a response. May I ask that you look into why the email went missing, and urgently put strategies into place to prevent this happening again in future.

I would ask for a rapid response please, as a response is now overdue.

Yours sincerely,

John Rudkin

Dear Customer First,

Please can you look into why there is a delay in your response to my FOI? Please note that a recent FOI on a similar matter to the BBC has been responded to within the legally required period of time.

Dear Debbie,

I hope you are well. The delays really are not good enough. It seems that the delays are now specifically timed in order to miss the requirement I had for the data. In the circumstances, I'll be happy to get the reply and will hope it is fully up-to-date. Amazingly, even the BBC were able to respond faster on this subject than Blackpool Council.

Yours sincerely,

John Rudkin

requesting and, if any is found, collate this to enable us to answer the
questions you presented.  This process will exceed the appropriate limit.

You may wish to refine and resubmit your request so that it reduces the
cost to within the appropriate limit.  For example, you may wish to limit
your request to a much shorter period of time.  Please contact me if you
would like further advice on how to do this.

If you have a complaint about the handling of your request you may ask for
an internal review and you should submit this in writing to: Council
