Good Morning Mr Lander,

Your initial request was received by the DBS on 16th August 2018 and on the 16th August we wrote to you requesting clarification (in the email chain below).

Before we could progress with your request we need the following clarification:

When you request 'a list of all potential employer names' does this refer to the names of registered bodies/ organisations who have submitted DBS applications for July 2018?

All standard and enhanced DBS applications are submitted through a registered body or organisation. These are not necessarily the potential employers.

If, instead, you are requesting a full list of all the potential employers listed on all DBS applications please note that this is a free text field which could include any number of different variations.

Could you please confirm which information is requested and we will proceed. Please note that while awaiting clarification for an FOI request the clock is stopped and the 20 day deadline only applies again once it is received. We will try and provide the response as quickly as possible in all cases.
