Employee turnover, in house promotions
Dear Charity Commission for Northern Ireland,
Would you provide under FOIA the number of staff currently employed by your Commission, the staff turnover from 2010-June 2014 and the number of those promoted "in-house" and which grade they were promoted from and which grade they were promoted to.

As at 30 June 2014 (the date of your request), the Commission had 25
employees.
· Staff turnover from 2010 to June 2014
Average staff turnover from 2010 to 30 June 2014 (the date of your
request) is:
2010 - 11: 0%
2011 - 12: 7.69%
2012 - 13: 42.86%
2013 - 14: 7.69%
2014 - 15: 3.85%
· Number of staff promoted in-house in that time, including grade
from and which they were promoted.
No staff have been promoted by the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland
in-house during this period.
