How many 'civilians' are employed at West Midlands police (those who are non-sworn officers), Police staff, consultants including those earning about £100,000 eg. Head of Strategy

COVID-19 - informing us that all non-essential contact should cease - all
staff within West Midlands Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner are
