Are the following documents held by the trust, such that they could be made accessible by a future FOI request:
1) minutes of meetings of the empath Board which superceded the above 'empath Programme Board' in 2012, for the current year 2013.
2) 'Paper A' as referred to in the empath Programme Board minutes above, in document 206775 EIN.
