Emirates Air Line Business Case - Unredacted
Dear Transport for London,
Under a previous Freedom of Information Request filed by Mr Alistair Johnston on 23 Sept 2011, TfL provided a redacted copy of the Business Case for the cable car now known as the Emirates Air Line (TfL Ref: FOI-0844-1112).
The rationale given for redacting certain passages was that TfL was then engaged with ongoing negotiations with external parties related to commercial sponsorship, and releasing the internal business plan into the public domain would compromise TfL's negotiating position.
As this is no longer the case, with Emirates having signed to a 10-year sponsorship deal due to run until 2021, I trust you are now able to provide this business case in full with no redactions.
Yours faithfully,
Tom Seymour
