Dear Sir,
Further to your recent request (copy below) made under the terms of the
Freedom of Information Act, it is clear that North Wales Fire and Rescue
Service (NWFRS) will be unable to provide a response without clarification
of the information required.
You have asked for response times but clarification is required on how you
would like those times calculated, e.g. is it on the basis of the time of
first call to arrival of the first appliance? Please confirm.
Also, how would you like the data to be presented, with figures for each
month during the relevant period and split between Retained Duty System
appliances and Wholetime/Day-Crewed appliances, or just one figure
covering all duty systems for each month?
Once you have clarified your request NWFRS will be able to prepare a
response. If clarification is not received within three months your
request will be considered to have lapsed (under Section 1(3) of the
Freedom of Information Act a public authority need not comply with a
request unless any further information reasonably required to locate the
information is supplied).
