Further to my letter of 3 February 2014, please find enclosed the information you requested 
in relation to the following. 
 
  For the period January 2013 – December 2013, I am requesting, each month shown 
separate the number of emergency readmissions after 30 days to: 
•  Antrim area hospital 
•  Causeway hospital  
 
Trust decisions in relation to the release of information that the Trust holds are governed by 
the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) 2000, the Data Protection Act (DPA) 1998 and other 
pieces of associated legislation.
