Thank you for your request, which was received by the Northern Health & Social Care Trust
on 7 January 2014, for the following information. Please accept my sincere apology on
behalf of the Trust for the delay in corresponding with you in this matter.
1. For the years 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013 I am requesting, each month shown separate
the number of emergency readmissions after 30 days to:
• Antrim area hospital
• Causeway hospital
The above information for the period 2010, 2011 and up to 31/12/13 was previously provided
to you on 16 April 2013 in response to your request reference HMCC140313; therefore, we
will only be providing for the period 31/12/13 to 31/12/13.
