Dear FOI_CCT,

I believe that the decision is wrong as a number of other authorities like Belfast City Council have published their plans in part.

Dear FOI Reviews,

I will wait for the SICO ruling on my appeal against Edinburgh City Council before deciding what to do.

It would be pointless to have 2 appeals on the same issue.

Yours sincerely,

Abdul Hai
