I would like some information around Emergency Duty Team foster carers in

.    1. What is the model of delivery / how do you ensure cover?
 
Our Family Placement Duty Team contacts our Foster Carers with
availability every Friday to confirm whether they are available to provide
emergency out of hour placements for the week. A list of available carers
is sent to the Emergency Duty Service every Friday. Included in this
information is the terms of their approval and the types of placement they
are able to consider. EDS are able to contact an out of hours duty worker
form the Family Placement Team if they require any advice and support.
2. How do you incentivize foster carers to take teenagers?
 
We have a higher rate of fostering allowance for children aged 11 – 15
years and 16 – 18 years
3. Your standard weekly rate (excluding child allowance)?
